임신 제 3 삼분기 동안 플루르비프로펜을 포함한 프로스타글란딘 합성효소 억제제를 전신적으로 사용하면 태아에게 심폐 및 신장 독성을 유발할 수 있으며, 임신 말기에는 산모와 아이 모두 출혈 시간이 길어지고 진통이 지연될 수 있다. 따라서 플루르비프로펜은 임신 후기에는 투여하지 마십시오.
