* 절대 임의복용하지 마시고 반드시 의사 또는 약사와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
[처방약어]
가볍게 목욕을 한 후 1일 1회 얼굴과 두피를 제외하고 잘 건조된 피부 전체에 바르고 가볍게 마사지한다. 필요시 24시간 후에 반복하여 적용한다.

1) 이 약 및 이 약 성분에 과민증 또는 그 병력이 있는 환자
2) 급성 루푸스성 피부염 환자

| 신중투여 |
이 약은 프로필렌글리콜을 함유하고 있으므로 이 성분에 과민하거나 알레르기 병력이 있는 환자에는 신중히 투여한다.
|
| 이상반응 |
1) 피부의 자극감 등 과민증상이 나타날 수 있으며 이러한 증상이 나타날 경우는 투여를 중지한다.
2) 이 약을 바른 직후에 경미한 열감이 나타날 수 있으나 보통 단시간내에 사라진다.
3) 열감, 작열감, 발적, 홍반, 분비물의 증가, 침윤, 접촉성 알레르기 반응이 나타날 수 있다.

| 일반적 주의 |
화농성 피부염, 습윤, 미란(짓무름) 등에는 이를 미리 치료한 후 이 약을 사용한다.
|
| 임부에 대한 투여 |
[임부금기 성분 조회]
임신중의 이 약 투여에 대한 안전성이 확립되어 있지 않으므로 임부 또는 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 부인에는 치료상의 유익성이 위험성을 상회[웃돎]한다고 판단되는 경우에만 투여하며, 대량 또는 장기간에 걸쳐 광범위하게 사용하지 마십시오.

| 수유부에 대한 투여 |
이 약의 모유로의 이행 여부에 대해 알려져 있지 않으나 수유부에 투여시 유방부위에 적용하지 않습니다. |
| 소아에 대한 투여 |
영ㆍ유아 및 소아에 투여시 광범위하게 적용하지 않습니다. |
| 고령자에 대한 투여 |
일반적으로 고령자[노인]는 생리기능이 저하되어 있으므로 대량 또는 장기간에 걸쳐 광범위하게 적용하지 않습니다.

| 적용상의 주의 |
- 이 약은 안과용으로 사용하지 않는다.
- 금속에 접촉되면 변질될 수 있으므로 금속주걱, 금속용기는 가능한 사용하지 않는다. 스테인레스연고주걱을 사용하여 소분하는 것은 지장이 없다.
- 플라스틱 용기에 소분하여 장기간 보관하는 경우에는 변색 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 가능한 빨리 사용한다.

- 고온을 피하여 보관한다.

Crotamiton is usually used to treat pruritis (itching of the skin) caused by scabies or sunburn. Crotamiton relieves itching by producing what is called a counter-irritation. As crotamiton evaporates from the skin, it produces a cooling effect. This cooling effect helps to divert your body's attention away from the itching. Due to this cooling effect it is also effective for the relief of sunburn. The drug is also believed to kill scabies through an unknown mechanism.
