□ 안식향산나트륨(변경지시 의관 65623-601호, 2001.3.12)을 다음과 같이 변경한다.
□ “안식향산, 안식향산나트륨(외용제 및 주사제에 한함)” 함유제제
○ 사용상의 주의사항
- 일반적 주의
(외용제) 이 약은 안식향산(나트륨)을 포함하고 있어 피부, 눈, 점막에 경미한 자극이 될 수 있다.
(주사제) 이 약은 안식향산(나트륨)을 포함하고 있어 신생아에게 황달의 위험을 증가시킬 수 있다.

금기

1) 이 약 또는 기타의 인도메타신 제제에 과민증 및 그 병력이 있는 환자
2) 아스피린 천식(비스테로이드성 소염진통제 등에 의한 천식발작 유발) 또는 그 병력이 있는 환자(중증 천식발작을 일으킬 수 있다)
3) 아스피린 또는 기타의 비스테로이드성 소염진통제에 기관지경련의 병력, 비염 및 맥관부종을 일으킨 환자
4) 14세 미만의 소아

신중투여

기관지 천식 환자(중증 천식발작을 일으킬 수 있다)

이상반응

1) 때때로 가려움, 발적, 발진, 접촉피부염, 습진(투여 중지시 증상이 소실된다)이 나타날 수 있으며 드물게 열감, 종창, 홍조, 아나필락시, 광과민증, 작열감, 자극감, 건조감 및 저린감, 위장관불쾌감, 두통, 어지러움이 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 증상이 심한 경우에는 사용을 중지한다.
2) 건선 환자의 경우 증상이 악화될 수 있다.
3) 피부반응, 기관지경련, 쇽에 이르는 혈압하강 등의 과민 반응이 나타날 수 있다. 특수한 경우 두통, 구역, 구토, 열, 뒷목 뻣뻣함 또는 의식혼탁 등의 증상을 수반하는 무균성 뇌막염이 나타날 수 있다.
4) 용액 흡입시 기도자극이 나타날 수 있다(스프레이액제에 한함).

상호작용

과량투여시 쿠마린, 혈당강하제, 티록신과 상호작용이 나타날 수 있으므로 주의한다.

Toxicity	Indomethacin에 대한 Toxicity 정보 The following symptoms may be observed following overdosage: nausea, vomiting, intense headache, dizziness, mental confusion, disorientation, or lethargy. There have been reports of paresthesias, numbness, and convulsions. The oral LD₅₀ of indomethacin in mice and rats (based on 14 day mortality response) was 50 and 12 mg/kg, respectively.
