성인: 염산피렌제핀으로서 1회 25mg을 1일 3-4회 경우투여한다. 식사 30분전에 소량의 물과 함께 투여하는 것이 바람직하다.

신중투여

전립선비대 환자(배뇨곤란을 일으킬 수 있다.)
기질성 유문협착 환자
마비성 장폐식증 환자
폐쇄각 녹내장 환자

이상반응

소화기계: 때때로 구갈, 변비, 설사, 구역, 구토, 팽만감, 드물게 치육통이 나타날 수 있다.
과민증: 때때로 발진 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 이러한 증상이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지한다.
혈액: 매우 드물게 혈소판 감소증, 무과립구증이 보고되어 있다.
간장: 드물게 GOT,GPT가 상승할 수 있다.
순환기계: 드물게 심계항진이 나타날 수 있다.
비뇨기계: 드물게 배뇨곤란, 잔뇨감이 나타날 수 있다.

기타: 드물게 두중감, 기립성 현기, 탈력감, 시야몽롱, 눙의 건조감을 수반하는 유루, 눈의 조절장애가 나타날 수 있다.

Description	Pirenzepine에 대한 Description 정보 An antimuscarinic agent that inhibits gastric secretion at lower doses than are required to affect gastrointestinal motility, salivary, central nervous system, cardiovascular, ocular, and urinary function.
