아토피성 체질 환자
이상반응
다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 사용을 즉각 중지하고 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것. 상담 시 가능한 한 이 첨부문서를 소지할 것.
1) 피부 : 피부건조감, 접촉성피부염, 피부자극(황반, 탈피, 화끈감, 가려움, 건조감, 홍반 등), 피부유성감(지성피부화)이 나타날 수 있다.
2) 소화기계 : 복통, 위장장애가 일어날 수 있다. 또한 클린다마이신을 국소 및 전신적으로 사용하여 설사, 유혈성 설사 및 위막성대장염을 포함하는 대장염이 보고된 바 있다. 이러한 증상은 클린다마이신 사용 후 수일, 수주 또는 수개월 후에 나타날 수 있고 클린다마이신 사용 중단 후 3～4주 기간 중에 발현될 수도 있다. 치료 도중에 중증인 설사가 나타나면 사용을 중지하고 대장의 내시경 검사를 고려한다.

Diarrhea, bloody diarrhea, and colitis (including pseudomembranous colitis) have been reported with the use of topical and systemic clindamycin.
