| 신중투여 |
- 약으로 알레르기 증상(발진, 발적, 가려움 등)을 일으킨 일이 있는 환자(스코폴리아 엑스를 함유하는 제제)
- 고혈압 환자, 고령자, 심장애 또는 신장애 환자, 부종 환자(1일 최대배합량이 글리시리진산으로서 40mg이상 또는 감초로서 1g이상을 함유하는 제제)
- 다른 약물을 투여받고 있는 환자

| 이상반응 |
- 이약을 투여함으로써 알레르기 증상(발진, 가려움 등)이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지하고 약사 또는 의사와 상의한다(스코폴리아 엑스를 함유하는 제제).
- 이 약을 투여하는 동안 드물게 입이 마르는 증상이 나타날 수 있다(스코폴리아 엑스를 함유하는 제제).
- 이 약을 투여하는 동안 변비 또는 설사의 증상이 나타날 수 있다(제산제를 함유하는 제제의 일부에 필요에 따라 기재한다).
- 이 약을 투여함으로써 요량이 감소하고, 얼굴과 손발이 붓고, 손이 굳어지고, 혈압이 오르며, 두통 등의 증상이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지하고 약사 또는 의사와 상의한다(1일 최대배합량이 글리실리진산으로서 40mg이상 또는 감초로서 1g이상을 함유하는 제제)

Alcohol produces injury to cells by dehydration and precipitation of the cytoplasm or protoplasm. This accounts for its bacteriocidal and antifungal action. When alcohol is injected in close proximity to nerve tissues, it produces neuritis and nerve degeneration (neurolysis). Ninety to 98% of ethanol that enters the body is completely oxidized. Ethanol is also used as a cosolvent to dissolve many insoluble drugs and to serve as a mild sedative in some medicinal formulations.
