▶ 용법용량
(연고제)(크림제)
환부에 1일 1-2회(아침, 저녁) 바른다. 유지 요법시 환자에 따라 사용횟수를 줄일 수 있다. 1주에 100g(1일 약 15g이상)을초과하여 사용하지 않는다.
(액제)
1일 2회(아침, 저녁) 두피의 환부에 적용한다.1주에 60mL를 초과하여 사용하지 않는다. 칼시포트리올연고 또는 크림과 함께 사용할 경우, 칼시포트리올 총투여량이 1주일에칼시포 트리올 연고 또는 크림 100g에 해당하는양인 5mg을 초과하지 않는다(액 1mL는 연고 또 는 크림의 1g에 해당한다).

금기

1) 이 약 및 이 약 성분에 과민증 및 그 병력이 있는 환자
2) 고칼슘혈증 등 칼슘대사 장애 환자
3) 비타민D 독성을 나타내는 환자
4) 급성 건선성 발진 환자(액제에 한함)

이상반응

1) 작열감, 가려움, 안면 및 두피를포함한 피부 자극이 나타날 수 있다.
2) 홍반, 피부 건조,박피, 발진, 피부염, 건선의 악화(안면 및 두피 건선 포함), 광과민증이 나타날 수 있다.
3) 때때로 피부위축, 과색소침착, 고칼슘혈증, 모낭염이 나타날 수 있다.
4) 안면 및 입주위 피부염이 나타날 수 있다.

Mechanism of Action	Calcipotriol에 대한 Mechanism_Of_Action 정보 The precise mechanism of calcipotriol in remitting psoriasis is not well-understood. However, it has been shown to have comparable affinity with calcitriol for the Vitamin D receptor, while being less than 1% as active as the calcitriol in regulating calcium metabolism. The Vitamin D receptor (VDR) belongs to the steroid/thyroid receptor superfamily, and is found on the cells of many different tissues including the thyroid, bone, kindney, and T cells of the immune system. T cells are known to play a role in psoriasis, and it is thought that the binding of calcipotriol to the VDR modulates the T cells gene transcription of cell differentiation and proliferation related genes.
Pharmacology	Calcipotriol에 대한 Pharmacology 정보 Calcipotriene is a synthetic analog of vitamin D. In humans, the natural supply of vitamin D depends mainly on exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun for conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterol to vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in the skin.
