| 용법용량 |
* 절대 임의복용하지 마시고 반드시 의사 또는 약사와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
[처방약어]
성인 : 아미노필린수화물으로서 1회 250 mg을 1일 1 ∼ 2회 생리식염주사액 또는 포도당 주사액에 희석하여 5 ∼ 10분 동안 천천히 정맥 또는 점적 정맥주사한다. 투여간격은 8시간 이상으로 하고 최고용량은 1일 체중 kg당 12 mg이다.
증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.

3) 위·십이지장궤양 환자

5) 카페인 또는 테오브로민에 과민반응 환자(주사제에 한함)
6) 급성 빈맥성 부정맥 환자(주사제에 한함)
7) 심근경색 환자(주사제에 한함)

10) 임부, 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 여성, 산부 및 수유부
11) 만성 알코올중독 환자
12) 급성 열성질환 환자
13) 심부전 환자(주사제에 한함)
14) 만성 폐쇄폐질환 환자(주사제에 한함)
15) 당뇨병 환자(주사제에 한함)
16) 녹내장 환자(주사제에 한함)
17) 중증의 저산소혈증 환자(주사제에 한함)
18) 불안정형 협심증 환자(주사제에 한함)

| 이상반응 |
1) 쇼크 : 주사제에 의해 쇼크가 발생한 일이 있다는 보고가 있다.
2) 정신신경계 : 때때로 두통, 불면, 중추신경계 흥분, 불안, 어지럼, 이명, 진전, 마비 등이 나타날 수 있다. 또한 과량투여에 의해 때때로 경련, 섬망, 혼수 등이 나타날 수 있다.
3) 순환기계 : 때때로 심계항진, 기외수축, 홍조, 안면창백, 빈맥, 부정맥, 저혈압 등이 나타날 수 있다.
4) 소화기계 : 때때로 구역, 구토, 식욕부진, 복통, 소화불량, 설사, 복부팽만감, 위자극 등이 나타날 수 있다.
5) 과민반응 : 피진, 가려움 등이 나타날 수 있다.
6) 비뇨기계 : 때때로 단백뇨가 나타날 수 있다.
7) 대사 및 영양계 : 혈청요산치상승, 저인산혈증, 저나트륨혈증 등이 나타날 수 있다.
8) 호흡기계 : 호흡률의 증가가 나타날 수 있다.
9) 근골격계 : 드물게 횡문근융해증이 나타날 수 있으므로 크레아틴키나아제(CK) 상승 등에 주의한다.
10) 간장 : 때때로 ALT, AST, ALP 의 상승 등이 나타날 수 있다.
11) 기타 : 때때로 부종이 나타날 수 있다.

| 상호작용 |
1) 다른 잔틴계 약물, 중추신경흥분약물과 병용투여시 과도한 중추신경흥분작용이 나타날 수 있으므로 이러한 약물과는 병용투여하지 않는 것이 바람직하며 부득이하게 병용투여할 경우에는 감량하는 등 신중히 투여한다.
2) 에리트로마이신, 클래리트로마이신, 트리아세틸올레안도마이신, 트리암시놀론, 에녹사신, 시프로플록사신, 토수플록사신, 노르플록사신, 오플록사신, 베라파밀염산염, 인터페론, 시메티딘, 티클로피딘염산염, 멕실레틴염산염, 알로푸리놀, 이프리플라본, 록시트로마이신, 피페미딘산삼수화물, 티아벤다졸, 아미오다론염산염, 시클로스포린, 딜티아젬염산염, 경구용피임약, 프로프라놀롤, 카비마졸, 디설피람, 플루코나졸, 이소니아지드, 메토트렉세이트, 프로파페논, 니자티딘, 옥스펜티필린, 빌록사진염산염, 타크린, 자피르루카스트, 펜톡시필린, 트롤레안도마이신 등과 병용투여시 이 약의 청소율을 감소시킬 수 있으므로 이상반응을 방지하기 위하여 감량이 필요할 수 있다.
플루복사민과 병용투여하지 않는 것이 바람직하며, 부득이하게 병용투여하는 경우에는 이 약의 용량을 1/2로 감량하며 혈중농도를 주의깊게 모니터한다.
3) 바르비탈계, 리팜피신, 란소프라졸, 아미노글루테티미드, 이소프레날린, 모라시진, 페니토인, 카르바마제핀, 설핀피라존, 프리미돈, 리토라비어, 펜토시필린, 세인트존스워트제제(hypericum perforatum) 등과 병용투여시 이 약의 청소율을 증가시킬 수 있으므로 치료효과를 발현하기 위하여 증량이 필요할 수 있다. 세인트존스워트제제(hypericum perforatum)와 병용투여시 이 약의 혈중농도가 저하될 수 있다. 흡연 및 알코올 섭취도 이 약의 청소율을 증가시킬 수 있다.
4) 페니토인, 카르바마제핀과 병용시 서로의 혈중농도를 저하시킨다는 보고가 있으므로 신중히 투여한다. 이 약은 정상상태의 페니토인 혈중농도를 저하시킬 수 있다.
5) 다음 교감신경효능약(베타효능약)과 병용투여시 이상반응이 증강된다는 보고가 있으므로 신중히 투여한다. : 이소프레날린염산염, 클렌부테롤염산염, 툴로부테롤염산염, 테르부탈린락트산염, 프로카테롤염산염 등
6) 아데노신, 벤조디아제핀계, 할로탄, 로무스틴, 리튬, 케타민, 판큐로늄과 병용투여시 약리학적 상호작용이 나타날 수 있으므로 주의하여 투여한다. 이 약 투여하에 할로탄 마취를 할 경우 동빈맥, 심실성 부정맥이 나타날 수 있으며 연속 병용에 의해 테오필린의 혈중농도가 상승하는 경우가 있다.
7) 이 약 투여 환자에서 탄산리튬의 배설이 증가된다.
8) 이 약은 프로프라놀롤의 효과를 저해할 수 있다.
9) 잔틴계 약물의 투여로 베타2효능약, 스테로이드제제, 이뇨제 및 저산소증으로 인한 혈청 칼륨치의 저하작용이 악화될 수 있으므로 입원을 요하는 중증 천식환자의 경우에는 특히 주의하고 혈청 칼륨치를 모니터하는 것이 바람직하다.
10) 베타효능약, 글루카곤 및 기타 잔틴계 약물과의 병용투여시 이 약의 효과가 증가될 수 있으므로 주의하여야 한다. 에페드린 또는 강심배당체와의 병용투여는 독성작용의 발현을 증가시킬 수 있다.
11) 갑상샘 질환 및 관련 치료제는 이 약의 혈중농도를 변화시킬 수 있다.
12) 인플루엔자 백신이 이 약의 작용을 증강시키는 것에 관한 상반된 보고가 있으므로 상호작용이 나타날 수 있음에 유의한다.
13) 베타차단제는 이 약의 기관지 확장 효과를 감소시킬 수 있다.
